Through this gentle practice, you can uncover creative solutions to real-life challenges, learn emotional regulation skills, and embark on a journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. Session Guidelines: please wear comfortable clothing and join from a quiet, private space with your camera on. Sit with your back supported. Avoid exhaustion and substance use, as they may hinder effectiveness.
